How long does it take to get my order?

Most customers can expect to receive their supplies on the same day provided the order is made before 12 pm. Orders that are not in stock or clients are not within Nairobi may take longer to deliver.

How much is charged for Delivery?

Delivery is FREE for orders above 650 within Nairobi, outside Nairobi, the client is required to pay for the delivery fee as provided by the delivery agent, i.e G4S or any other that may be used.

How do I request a return or replacement?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your pet supplies, you can return them within 3 days of purchase. If you would like to request a return or replacement.
